Event Description

Zentangle is an activity that comes from a background of meditation and drawing. It is an accessible and fun way to slow down and rest the mind while tapping into our creativity. It’s often called yoga for the mind. It involves the mindful drawing of repetitive patterns.
The workshop will be led by Mr Peter Connolly, Senior Occupational Therapist, Saint John of God Hospital and Lifestyle Awareness.
Please not this session is for two hours and is only for people aged between 12 and 21.
Zentangle: Calm the mind through mindful drawing takes place as part of Living Well with Cancer, a one-day free conference for cancer survivorship which takes place on 22nd October. Register your place at this event by visiting cancer.ie/living-well.
